Shipping policy

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be handled on the next business day.

You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is shipped.

2. Shipping Within the UAE

We offer delivery across the United Arab Emirates.

  • Standard Delivery: 2–5 business days

  • Shipping Fee: Calculated at checkout

  • Free Shipping: Available on qualifying orders

Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are correct to avoid delays.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing:

  • Tracking number

  • Carrier information

  • Real-time tracking link (when available)

If you don’t receive tracking details, please contact us.

4. Wrong / Incomplete Address

Mind Space is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Packages returned due to failed delivery attempts

If a parcel is returned to us, we can reship it once the correct address is provided. Additional shipping fees may apply.

6. Delays

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by:

  • Public holidays

  • High order volumes

  • Customs inspections

  • Weather conditions

  • Courier delays

We do our best to ensure timely delivery, but delays beyond our control may occur.

7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your package appears lost or arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected arrival).

  • We will coordinate with the courier to resolve the issue.

  • Replacements or refunds are provided when appropriate.

Please provide photos for damaged items to speed up the process.
